CME Joint Provider Resources
Thank you for your interest in jointly sponsoring a CME activity. NMET is an accredited provider by the Nebraska Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians. As the accredited provider, NMET must ensure that all jointly provided activities are in full compliance with the ACCME Essentials and Guidelines. The following list is intended to help guide you through the process in obtaining CME for physicians.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT. |

1. | Activity application. |

Activity fee: $500 plus $100 per hour over six (6) credit hours (one-time program). |

Consent to record (if applicable). |
4. | Disclosure of relationships form from all keynotes, moderators, panelists, presenters, and anyone involved in the planning. |
5. | Educational objectives for each presenter (often included on PowerPoint presentation). |
6. |
Event announcement/invitation with NMET statement and logo. |
7. |
Method for disclosure of 'any or no relationships' from #4 to participants (handout, presentation slide, sign in sheet, and/or verbal). |
8. |
NMET statement listed on all activity materials (brochures, presentations, etc.). |
9. |
Presentations and any handouts for review. |
10. | Presenters/keynotes bio or curriculum vitae. |

Program agenda/schedule. |

12. | List of commercial supporters, sponsors, exhibitors, and/or vendors. |
